Book Tips
If you are looking for out of print or rare books try Alibris.
If you just want to shop for books then where else but Amazon
is there? Of course, you could try Barnes & Noble but you might wind up paying a bit more, unless you're a member. If you can't find what you want, try Powell Books before giving up. For reading guides I have several sites I can recommend, such as Harper Collins or Simon & Schuster. You might also give Penguin a try, just in case. Also, for those of you interested in audiobooks, try Audible. I think book clubs are great and am a happy member of one named "The LidLifters". I wasn't a member at the time the name was chosen but I believe it has someting to do with being open-minded. I have taken the liberty of listing the books we have undertaken on my Lid Lifters page, so please take a look before you leave. If you have any book tips you wish to share, please send them to me and the next time you visit you may see them listed here.
